Our competition squad athlete's enjoy competing in trampoline events from regional to international level. Our athletes are motivated by entering competitions with the backing of a strong team and working with a positive and supportive personal coach to perform to the very best of the abilities.

Beginner & Intermediate Weekly Sessions

The perfect starting point for beginners and for those aspiring to develop their trampoline skills. Enjoy learning and playing in our safe and friendly environment with small group sizes and dedicated coaches.

Our 12 years old + sessions are perfect for those wishing to work on their own choice of skills such as GCSE, Duke of Edinburgh or freestyle Tricking.

We run through all holidays operating a 50 week year with sessions Monday to Saturday and our prices take into account our two-week Christmas break to allow you to keep your payments the same each month. In the rare event that we have to cancel a session, you will be offered as a make up session the week prior or after.

Trampoline Tots

The perfect session for children from walking age to 5 years old to enjoy bouncing. Enjoy playing in our safe and friendly environment with trampoline toys and music.

Our trampoline tots build strength while learning balance and co-ordination through lots of play and with plenty of smiles.

Our sessions run on Friday afternoons from 1:30pm - 2:30pm or Saturdays from 8:30am - 9:30am

Schools Trampolining

Whether your school wishes to come as weekly block booking for GCSE and A Level students or end of term treat or reward activity we can accommodate you.

With 8 trampolines we can easily accommodate full classes. Sessions can be booked on weekdays between 9am and 4pm.

GCSE and ALevel classes

Our experienced coaches will work in partnership with your schools P.E. staff to prepare lesson plans to hit your learning outcomes. We can design the routines and skills required to maximise your students potential grades.

Primary School Classes

Our coaches will run the sessions teaching your children trampoline skills while developing balance, co-ordination and self confidence.

Home Education Sessions

A great addition to any home education program for a good full body workout while learning new skills and having fun.

Running during school term time, our sessions are suitable for all ages from 5-18yrs and all abilities.

Members that keep the monthly payments going through the holidays will automatically get a 4 places of their choosing in our camps.

Adult Sessions

These sessions are suitable for complete beginners, experienced trampolinists and those looking for the social side of sport. Whether your motivation is learning, fitness or fun, this class has something for you.

Our sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8.00pm-9.30pm.

BSR, SEN & Private Hire

BRITISH STUNT REGISTER

If you have decided to commit to training for the stunt register, trampolining is a must. Trampolining will teach you how to have control when falling through the air, which for high falls is an essential skill. We have successfully trained many up and coming stunt performers.

SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

We provide half hour or hour long trampolining sessions for children and adults with special educational needs. The requirements of each individual vary greatly and our experienced coaches will try to accommodate everyone.

PRIVATE HIRE SESSIONS

We provide 1:1 sessions or group sessions. We can provide additional competition training, GCSE and A LEVEL work, Aerial sports training or just a jump to have fun.
